Well hello there, my name's Paul!
I build websites for people and love doing it. There is little I do that doesn't involve the web in some way.
Working with open source web development languages like PHP means there's a wealth of opportunities to exploit from it including the lack of cost for it!
Whether it's a blog, small shop or art portfolio, I can help you get a site online. Hell, I can even make a mobile site if you really want one! I hear they're all the rage these days. Want more info?

More About Me
So where did I train? Easy question really, I didn't. I'm completely self-taught.
Hang on, let's get this right. You're self taught? Yes I am, and damn proud of it! Learning from other peoples experience and tutorials on the net has taught me about customer service, web standards, browser compatibility (which can only really come from experience) and above all, where the web is heading. It's one thing knowing how to build a website but if it was built by someone who understands the community and users, it will show on the website.
How long have you been doing this? Well, I built my first proper website in October 2008.
If you've only been doing this since late 2008, what makes you so special? I'm a nice guy and I work damn hard to make sure you get the website you visioned in your head.
Ok then, no training? Since October 08? You're having a laugh right? No. I'm really quite professional in manor and work. I think the fact that I/still freelance for a top London agency ( No name dropping ;) shows that.
What I Do
There's no point me telling you that I use Photoshop and Coda as it really makes no difference in the end product, instead here's a list of stuff I can do.
- WordPress blogs
- Shops (the 50 products kind) with content management
- Portfolios, with content management
- RSS intergration (Flickr, blogs, Twitter etc) with SimplePie
- Contact forms & questionaires
- General business info sites
- Pretty much anything, just throw me a question!
- No really... anything.

How I Do It
I design something, send it to you then I code it.
You want more details huh? Ok. You approach me with a proposal, I review it and get back to you with a Yes or No answer as whether to go ahead or not.
I ask a few questions and go away to a small cubby hole and design something. I go back to you a few times for input and possible ideas from you.
When the design is agreed, I once again go away but code it this time. I then send you a link to the almost finished product, we make small changes then complete.
We then talk money and I send you a pretty little invoice.
